Teamwork and capability building is key, and he brings both global and Australian management experience. His flexibility has been proven in small, medium and large organisations offering products and professional services, and his passion is helping others to help themselves, through coaching, problem solving - especially for customers -, systemic governance and delivering results.

Building on a career of leading teams and interacting with customers, Mark’s coaching style is deeply rooted in building relationships with his clients. Similar to developing a deep understanding of business customer needs to uncover the real reasons why people buy and the value associated with that purchase for their business, Mark approaches each coaching client interaction with intent listening skills and a deep curiosity about the client – who they are, what motivates them, why they are where they are currently, why they wish to make changes, what might be blocking their progress – and brings real-world experience to the conversations. Kerrie creates a uniquely safe environment to explore both opportunities and challenges to find valuable outcomes for her coaching clients. As a member of the International Coaching Federation, she follows ethical guidelines to ensure her clients are respected as whole, capable, and resourceful.
She has created Mentoring programs and trained leadership and communication skills in working environments including TAFE, Victoria Police and with Fire Up Coaching RTO.
Kerrie partners with those she coaches to hold space for exploration of what her clients need to help them identify and create actions for their best way forward. Working with her three pillars of Support, Challenge and Champion, she offers a trusting relationship with full confidentiality and helps her clients to challenge and stretch their thinking.
Her passion is to help others increase self-awareness enabling growth and refocus on their desired outcomes to achieve goals. She provides a judgement free and safe space to work through inner thoughts, fears holding people back and ways for clients to reach their potential.
